Today.. out and about

The weather has been hot and sunny this weekend so we got in a lot of park time.

Kenting breakaway

Last weekend, late Friday night we made a spur of the moment decision to go down to Kenting for the weekend. Weather was gorgeous, hotel was great and the kids had an amazing time! Will definitely do that again soon.

The water was like a big swimming pool...really hardly moved.

The hotel had the most amazing kids pool especially for our aged kids..the water was shallow enough for Maya to walk and there were slides and sprayers...lots of fun.



Dylan and Ciro going down the bigger slide...Dylan roped me into going with him...I remember now that I do not like those slides..half way down it all came back to me ...yikes! Luckily I didn't give Ciro the camera:)

It has been a while..so here is a catch up. At the beginning of the month we all had a bit of a cold and Maya had a stomach bug. All recovered quickly. Was the first time in ages that the kids were sick...glad its over:)
Dylan(pumpkin) and Maya (ice cream) made these one rainy day.

Dylan loves painting and i love the masks etc that i can get at the bookshop...always good for rainy days.

Maya had her first professional haircut..she was quite excited about it and very happy with the result.:)

The weather is heating up so early morning and late afternoon is the best time to be out in the parks.













On mother's day we went to the Science museum park and the kids got bubble guns...great fun was had.
