Yesterday we had to go up to Taipei to sort out Maya's paperwork..should have done it already but..oh where does the time go. Anyway we had to be at the Trade Office in person so off we went. Instead of doing this by bus or car which would have been about 5 +hours round trip(and Dylan gets sick on a bus) we decided to try the High Speed Rail...oh boy will it be difficult to ever go by bus again. There is a bus stop just down the street for a transfer bus to the rail station and because there are trains so frequently we got one very quickly..from our door to Taipei it took an hour and twenty minutes and the same coming back..unbelievable! Dylan has been watching 'Thomas the tank engine' lately and so he was quiet excited about the train.

All tired out on the way back!

These pics are from Monday night. We took Dylan to the Yuku island at Mitsukoshi to play on his birthday. He loves it there and he wanted Maya to come inside with him..very cute!
