We had a quiet weekend. Hit the department stores, went out to Changhua and Huatan to see Karen, Hogie, Josie and Jevin , got a lot of chores done around the house and just relaxed!!!
The weather is starting to cool off a little in the morning and evenings and i guess that is why we have all ended up a little sick....throats, noses and coughs!!!! Change of season bugs!!!
Oh and let me not forget...there was a fire in our apartmetnt building yesterday...the alarm went off and i checked outside the door (they had tested the alarm a month ago..so was not sure if they were doing that again) the hall was filled with smoke...picked up the Intercom, the doorman said to get downstairs and the elevator was okay to use..so grabbed the kids and high tailed it out...fire men everywhere...was down for about 15minutes and they said we could go back. It was contained in that apartment...turned out to be a cigarette left burning when the people went out... Hectic though.

I realise i have not mentioned the tainted milk scandal in China...it has affected us here as a lot of stuff comes over from China...so at the moment we are off anything with any kind of milk in it...Dylan's dairy allergy means he is okay anyway..those of us who like milk in our coffee are not too happy though!!! Luckily Maya is still breastfeeding and as far as her cereal goes we are buying the European imported brands...cookies too..these are teething biscuits from The States... she finds them absolutely yummy!!!!!
