April outdoor fun

 Over the past few weeks we have all had colds on and off. The weather has been strange. Some days cooler and then hot and cool again. It does seem to be officially Spring now though. The kids are doing well. They are both enjoying school and are loving their bicycles. Maya is growing so fast, she is so cute and loves helping around the place. Dylan is into playing angry birds and lego. They are both looking forward to seeing the Lorax next week:)  They love being out and about.  I am posting some pics of all the things we have been up to.

 We went to the Robot cafe...a nice restaurant with loads of robots around the place and an extremely fat cat:) Kids loved it!

 One of the favourite things to do at the moment is to ride around the nearby school. 

We went to the Science museum with Andre and his mom. Always a hit with the kids. We went over to the interactive section with lots of buttons to push etc...

 

Today we went to the park with  the swings on Wen xin road. Maya in particular loves swinging...no fear of heights there...'Higher mommy, higher mommy'

 

March madness

The weather has been so strange over the last month. Warm and then cool..yesterday was 28 and today 16. Maya had a cold and then gave it to me and now Dylan has it. He is doing better today but still a hacking cough:(

Field trip to the Art museum.

 On Tuesday we went with the school to the art museum to see the Astroboy exhibit. The kids had a fun time and later in the day they went to the park nearby school.My camera was playing up but thankfully Keshnee took lots of pics.

Dylan's birthday

It was Dylan's birthday yesterday and although it was a Saturday, we had to work as it was a make up day for having a four day weekend last week ( unfortunately here we don't just get the extra day off) On the other hand though we decided Dylan could have his birthday celebration at school and he was so happy to be with his friends. So here are some pics of the day.
